Gardenwall is ideal in those designs which
use contours and curves and is suitable for walls under 900mm
high.
A range of four colours are available to complement any garden
style with the natural look of quarried stone.
Gardenwall are suitable for DIY installation and are quick
and easy to construct without the use of mortar joints or
concrete footing. The units are designed with an interlocking
lip that creates a strong bond along the entire wall.
Whilst every effort is made to supply blocks consistent with
examples, variation will occur naturally in the production
of all clay and masonry products. Colours are reproduced as
faithfully as possible to the original product, however colour
variation will occur due to the limitations in the photographic
process.
Gardenwall® is often used for garden edges and raised
beds, terraces and to create decorative features such as around
ponds. Gardenwall® is also suitable for constructing steps
and for curved walls.
Depending on the foundation and retained soil characteristics,
Gardenwall® is effective as a gravity retaining wall structure
up to 1000mm (maximum 8 courses). Never install where loads
(e.g. buildings, driveways) will be located within 1000mm
of the wall. For walls higher than this, or where a surcharge
is present, Boral KeystoneT or Pyrmont® walls should be
considered.
