Canterbury - Hanson's latest retaining wall innovation. Canterbury gives you what you'd expext from a wall - an absolute vertical system with a complete natural appeal about it.
Canterbury is a specially designed system for the DIY person. It comes as a two piece system: a standard unit with specially designed locating lugs for a flawless finish and a corner unit that can be used for both left anf right hand 90 degree corners. Being nothing but vertical gives you the added benefit of building walls the smoothly curve around corners in all directions withiut compromising the structural integrity or aesthetic appeal.
Without any engineering,your Canterbury wall can be built to 980mm high (six courses with a capping unit).
To go higher than this, the wall will need to be designed and certified by a qualified engineer, or you can contact us for more information. We always recommend the you check with your local council on height restriction and necessary oermits before commencing any work.
